The Congress passed the Cultural Development Bill last night in session, This bill outlines the plan for a successful Palasian Culture.
The Six Point Plan consists of the following:
1) Create a Palasian Sub-Culture of Music only heard in Palasia
2) Create a successful media outlet
3) Have a set schedule of 60s and 70s TV shows to broadcast on Palasia TV 2
4) Create a working economy
5) Develop the Palasian Language.
6) The Creation of a TransPalasian Railroad in the PC game Trainz 12
These goals have been set for completion the August of this year.
